I’m Xóchitl (So-chil) Kusikuy Ashe, a fifth-generation Peruvian medicine woman, author, teacher and visionary mentor.

My roots are both in ancient wisdom and modern practices. My journey began at 16 when I was initiated into my family's healing traditions. For 30 years, I've worked with my Godfather, a Mazatec Medicine Man and learned the ceremonial ways of sacred mushrooms we call "Nti-si tho". I'm also trained in IFS therapy, bringing a trauma-informed approach to everything I do.

Meet Xochitl

I grew up understanding the world in this way: we're part of something far greater than ourselves. Our well ancestors guide us, the earth supports us, plants and fungi sustain us, and animals offer us their wisdom.

I come from a lineage of medicine people, raised amidst sacred ceremonies. Today, while many are just discovering plant and fungi medicines, I'm here to keep our Indigenous voices and deep understanding alive.

Initiated into these sacred medicine ways, I also stepped into entrepreneurship at 16, forging my own path. In my tradition, we have a name for those who walk between worlds: chacaruna. This Quechuan term means "bridge-person" - one who stands firmly in both spiritual and earthly realms. If you're here, you likely embody this too.

Our calling is clear: we must thrive in both worlds to live a harmonious life.

For three decades, I've gently woven together Indigenous wisdom, earth medicines, and compassionate trauma-healing practices. This blend doesn't just nurture personal growth—it offers solutions for our greatest challenges.
